Black Friday Sale FAQ

All Sale Items are Final Sale!
No Exceptions

Items purchase at a discount are not eligible for returns or exchanges. With discounts this deep, we're selling them for less than what we paid! If you're uncomfortable purchasing final sale items without trying on, shop with us in store instead on Friday & Saturday!

Inventory

The majority of the sale will be different items between in store and online based on quantity available. *only MAD Collection pieces will be available both in store & online. Please note that the current Holiday collection in the shop will NOT be included in the sale.

Physical Gift Cards Cannot be Redeemed on our Website.
Our website & in-store till operate on different payment processing systems. This means we are unable to redeem gift cards on our website.

Items are not held in your cart!
Your pieces are not secured until payment has been processed.

Local Pick Up
If you select pick-up at the shop, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked. It will not be at the shop until you receive this email.

Multiple Orders
If you place multiple orders over the course of the sale, we cannot guarantee they will be combined, and may be shipped separately.  

You will need a pick up notification for each order placed. If you don't want to make multiple trips, please wait until all of them are ready.

Flaws 
Some items may have minor flaws such as a missing button or a makeup mark. Prices have been discounted accordingly.
