ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We want you to love the pieces you’ve purchased and feel absolutely fabulous
in them. If for some reason you don’t, please follow the below policy for
your return or exchange.
Local Pick-Up /Delivery:
Returns are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase.
After 7 days, all sales are final.
Returns are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of the date of purchase.
After 21 days, all sales are final.
Online orders are not eligible for store credit.
All orders shipped within Canada with no minimum spend— FREE
Orders outside of Winnipeg will be shipped. Orders within Winnipeg will be delivered via GoodLocal Express.
Orders to the United States will be shipped with Canada Post and the price will be based on parcel size & weight. Please note that the client is responsible for any duties they may incur.
All orders will be shipped within two business days. Once an order has been shipped you will receive confirmation with a tracking number. All orders placed will be shipped via Canada Post.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise will not be refunded.
Once outside the return policy timeline items are considered FINAL SALE. Returns received outside of the policy will be shipped back at the clients expense.
We have partnered with GoodLocal Express to offer order delivery!
Free delivery within Winnipeg & Headingly, East St. Paul, West St. Paul, St. Norbert, Oak Bluff.
Once picked up, deliveries are managed by GoodLocal Express. You will receive a confirmation email from GoodLocal once your order is on its way and when it has arrived.
Orders are delivered
Monday - Friday 3pm - 9pm
Please leave any details for your delivery in the space provided at checkout. Failed deliveries are the customer's responsibility to retrieve from the GoodLocal warehouse or arrange a new delivery at the clients cost.
GoodLocal warehouse is open 10-5pm Monday-Friday located at 1041 Erin Street.
