HOLIDAY GIFT POLICY
Items purchased as gifts between December 1 and December 24 are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 9th, 2021. Items must be in original condition, unwashed & unworn. Items without proof of purchase are final sale. Some gift items are not eligible for return

$150+ (before taxes) — FREE
All orders will be shipped within two business days. Once an order has been shipped you will receive confirmation with a tracking number. All orders placed within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise will not be refunded.

Our shop is closed for 4 weeks (and potentially longer) due to COVID-19 lockdown procedures.
All returns must be made by contactless drop off or shipped back. We will not be able to extend our policy to when the shop re-opens as we have no idea when that will be. The following is the policy we will be operating with:
Orders for contactless pick up:
14 days from date of purchase for a full refund, store credit or exchange.
Orders that have been shipped:
21 days from date of purchase for a full refund, store credit or exchange.
