All orders will be shipped within two business days. Once an order has been shipped you will receive confirmation with a tracking number. All orders placed within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise will not be refunded.
UPDATED POLICY DUE TO COVID-19 STORE CLOSURE
We want you to love the pieces you’ve purchased and feel absolutely fabulous in them. If for some reason you don’t, please follow the simple steps below for your return or exchange.
If you are local and wish to drop off your return, please follow these instructions!
When you arrive in our parking lot, please call the boutique to notify us. Place your return in the designated bin outside. Please include your credit card information on the receipt. Our team will come outside to retrieve the bag. The bag will then sit for 72 hours to ensure the safety of our team and future clients purchasing the goods. Your refund will then be processed to the original form of payment. *Please note: On shipped items: 21 days for a refund or exchange. For pick up items: 7 days for a full refund, 14 for exchange or store credit.
If you are exchanging for a new size or different item, please arrange with our team before coming to the store. This will allow us to have your new item ready for contactless curbside pick up. Please call the boutique when you arrive in the parking lot and our team with place your new item in the designated spot and you place the item coming back in the return bin. Each scenario will be different based on price differences and remaining balances being placed on gift cards or credit card. These details will be discussed over the phone. If you are past the 21 day return policy, your item is eligible for an exchange or a store credit that does not expire.
Return by Mail:
If you are shipping back your return, please include this form detailing your order number & your name. Once your parcel has arrived in the mail, it will sit for 72 hours before being unpacked to ensure the safety of our team and and future clients purchasing the goods. Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
Returned and exchanged product must not be washed
or worn. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise will not be refunded.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Simply find your nearest postal service company and mail back to us the item(s) you would like to return. Include a complete copy of our Return Form. If you cannot locate the Return Form we sent you, a downloadable version is available below. Once your package has been received by us and fits our return guidelines, allow for 5-7 business days for the money to show on your credit card statement.

If you are in the Winnipeg area and want to save on postage, you are welcome to drop off your item(s) with your return form at our boutique. Please note your return will not be processed in store. As your payment was processed online it will be returned through the original method. We can only accept size exchanges in store subject to availability.
