A First Look At Summer: Here Comes the Sun Collection
Our summer collections are always so fun to curate and even more so to share with you all. Let us walk you though the thought process of how this incredible collection came to be!
Here Comes the Sun is a collection that was inspired by our recent travels and ones that we have coming up as well. From the tiled building of stunning Portugal, to the incredible cathedrals of Italy, we wanted to use this collection as a way to reminisce and look forward to all the amazing memories we've made and are yet to! Translating that into fashion and styling is something that brings us truly so much joy.
Bold Rpints
A bold print can be intimidating, trust us, we know! But what better time to incorporate into your wardrobe than when the sun is shining, the patios are open and the summer vibes are high!
We fell in love with two prints that truly encapsulated everything that we wanted this collection to be. The first was a stunning garden lemon floral print that was just asking to be our hero dress. The freshness of a floral that incorporated fruits (and cute little birds!) was so fun to us. The second print was a stunning bold blue abstract that felt reminiscent of the tiles in Portugal that surrounded the buildings. This bright abstract print really caught our eye and was the perfect getaway dress.
These pieces were integral to the vision of this collection and we hope you love them as much as we do!
CLassic neutrals
Neutrals always form a huge chunk of all our collections and really set a foundation for the rest of the pieces. Neutrals do not have to be boring though! During the summer months, a pale blue stripe is easily considered a neutral - pair with a white denim, a yellow skirt, or a simple pair of beige shorts.
We wanted our neutrals to still feel elevated and interesting. A more neutral floral print is a great way to add more dimension to those foundational pieces in your wardrobe as well.
We wanted this collection to ignite that sense of wanderlust that we all tend to crave at this time of year, whether it is jetting off to a home away from home, finding your new favourite countries or just enjoying the warm sunshine in your own beautiful town.
