Styling your Varley Rolled Cuff Sweats Everyday

Our entire team is obsessed with Varley, which is not a secret. When we’re not in the shop, you can most likely find us in our matching sets!

The one Varley piece that we keep finding ourselves gravitating towards is the Rolled Cuff Pants, a favoured style for many members of the Mad Team. When we first brought this style into the shop, they were barely able to make it on the floor as it was love at first sight for many of us.

Since then we’ve brought it back in four different colours! While they are truly the ideal pant to lounge in, we think they are just too perfect to stay home in.

We adore this style and we’ve been experimenting with new ways to wear it to optimize our wardrobes. It has the perfect amount of detail with a small pleat lining the front and a rolled hem that really elevate the entire pant.

Our Creative Director came into work one day looking amazing (as always) in a blazer, turtleneck, black tapered trousers, and a kitten heel. When we finally realized she had styled her black Rolled Cuff Pants for the office, we were in awe. This unlocked a whole new side of Varley for us. Styling these pieces as work wear!

We think the key to making Varley’s athleisure pieces feel elevated enough for work comes down to the accessories and layers. You cannot go wrong with a blazer, whether it's more tailored or oversized, you're achieving the workwear look simply with this one addition.

A layer underneath the blazer adds depth and dimension to the look as well, and we love the idea of a crisp white button down underneath half-tucked into the Rolled cuff Pant for a classic silhouette.

Shoes are also key when styling the Varley pants for a workwear approach and we’ve found something more elevated such as a kitten heel, a closed toe block heel, or a heeled boot is the best option. Add on a watch, some jewelry, and your favourite workbag, and you're ready for the day in an ultra cozy outfit!
