MAD HAPPENINGS: WHAT’S NEXT & PLANNING FOR FALL!

I was getting a pedicure yesterday and I found myself gravitating towards all the browns and subdued pinks… in July! But working at Mad means we are always talking about, “what’s next,” so can you blame me for having Fall on my mind?! Fall is the biggest season around here and we have been busy prepping for everything to come over the next couple of months!

Before we can welcome Pre-Fall, we’ve gotta make some room! We have kicked off our Summer Sale with 50% off select Summer styles and 25% off SS’22 Mad Collection. Along with half the store at half off, we are still living in the moment with some fresh new arrivals for the Summer getaway you’ve got planned for August or that wedding you need something new for next weekend. A selection of what is in store can always be shopped or previewed online, but stop by the boutique to shop the full selection!

Chelsea!! Chelsea has been on maternity leave for the last year with sweet baby Blakely, and we are beyond excited to welcome her back. It feels like it has been forever without her, and yet we cannot believe that Blakely is already one! You may have seen Chels on occasion helping us out with video content or an online shoot, but with her return in August get ready to see her a lot more often; just how we like it!

My girlfriend once said, “September is the Monday of the year,” and although you might argue that January should be, Fall always feels like the start of something new around here! There are no Sunday scaries here though as we are busy and excited preparing to shift the store into Pre-Fall mode. Expect this Collection to include lots of lightweight pieces, everyday and special occasion dresses, pieces to wear from work to the patio, all in the most colourful palette for Fall! While the tones are certainly more subdued than Summer, expect to find oranges, pinks, blues and greens alongside the usual Fall neutrals. Save the Date for the Launch of this Collection in store and select pieces online Friday, August 5th and Saturday, August 6th!

The big day is quickly approaching for Halle and Brody! Halle has such a stunning vision for this day and the Mad Team is on deck to help her pull it off, not to mention being ready to toast the happy couple and celebrate into the night! The shop will be closed Saturday, September 3rd for the wedding, through Monday, September 5th for Labour Day. Be sure to congratulate Halle the next time you’re in the shop!
